Owner David Caldwell has an engineering degree from the University of Houston and has spent almost twenty years as a design engineer for various high technology companies. These past professional experiences position him well for this second career in home building. He has always enjoyed design and is very much involved in the design process for each of the homes he builds. He brings the same enthusiasm and attention to detail to his home building projects as he did to his past engineering projects.

David has previously been very active in such sports as white water kayaking, rock climbing, mountaineering and nordic skiing. He also holds a commercial pilot's certificate and is a Certified Flight Instructor.

David's wife Debi is responsible for sales and marketing for the business. She is a Real Estate Broker Associate at Monument GMAC Real Estate and can assist with the purchase of one of our custom homes, or any other property on the market.

Debi has a degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and has previously worked in Human Resources for several technology companies in the San Jose, California area. She sings with a local Sweet Adelines group, the Grand Mesa Chorus, and enjoys downhill skiing.
